We now live in a world where excitement is the much sought after commodity where we constantly seek to feel good through any of our 5 sense perceptions. 

Often we fall into taking these perceptions for reality, when what we have essentially done is detach from reality, seeking excitement elsewhere instead of being present in the now to fully experience reality as it unfolds in every moment in front of us. 

True excitement comes from that. 

Stay present. Enjoy the excitement and the exuberance the universe is displaying in front of us every moment of everyday.
