Be Brave. Be Strong.

That is what January has taught me.
Be Brave by showing up, stepping up and going out no matter how I feel. Increase my area of contact and impact by exposing myself to as many people and situations as possible. To talk to, engage and interact with people to add value to those who'd respond and to the world around me.
Be Strong by not judging people or situations. By not offering opinion or advise not solicited. To understand that everyone has their ongoing dialogue in their mind and only by listening intently can we understand how we can add value to them or walk away.
