Jumbo Strays?

What a sight! A pair of Malaysian elephants, mother and calf took a stroll along the East-West Highway near Banding, Kelantan. I'm familiar with this stretch having ridden my bike along this tarmac highway carved through lush and lovely ancient rainforest.
I am instantly moved by this story front paged by The Star on Monday. It must be said that we, humans are the strays here. It is their habitat we've encroached upon.

  2. Well, Thai or Malaysian, animals have been here long before humans. They are also alien to the idea of boundaries and nationalities. There is no separation in the animal kingdom.
