Apart from making great kids, mum makes great cakes too.
Featured here is a fantastic mouthful of Sugee cupcake I had for breakfast this morning.
Excellent because it's one of my favourite cakes. Favourite because it's a cake with bite. Because of the main ingredient sugee or semolina from durum wheat, I can bite into and chew and masticate for a little while instead of normal cakes that simply melt into your mouth and disappear down the hatch without even a linger.
Take a closer look at the ravished shot and you will see the rich texture of the golden grains.
